Bob Leighton President Jack Gaughen Realtor® ERA®

Bob Leighton was named president of Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA in late October 2006. Since March 2006, he served as general sales manager for Jack Gaughen, working directly with the sales managers of the 11 office company.

Previously Leighton was executive vice president of NRT’s Central New England Company from September 2002. He was responsible for the Southeastern Massachusetts region, which encompassed 23 sales offices with approximately 900 sales associates.

Prior to joining NRT, Leighton spent four years with the DeWolfe Company as vice president of operations for Rhode Island and southern Massachusetts. In this capacity, he reported directly to the president, and was responsible for the operations oversight of 34 offices.

Leighton entered the real estate business in 1979, joining Leighton Realty, Inc., a firm established by his parents in 1969. From 1984 to 1999, he managed their multi-office company, which was perennially one of the top brokerage operations in Eastern Connecticut. Leighton became a minority shareholder of this firm in the mid 1980’s, acquiring the remaining interest in 1991. On February 1, 1999, Leighton’s brokerage operation was acquired by The DeWolfe Companies, Inc.

Leighton received his B.S. in Real Estate and Urban Economics from the University of Connecticut. He resides in Carlisle with his wife and they have two daughters.

Richard Tucker VP of Field Operations Jack Gaughen Realtor® ERA®

Dick Tucker works closely with our Leadership Team and the several hundred sales associates to assure the delivery of truly remarkable services for all Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA products and services. These include primary service business partners, Jack Gaughen’s charitable foundation and many of the technology platforms.

Dick joined the Jack Gaughen team in July of 2003 as Director of Relocation and then was promoted to Director of Marketing in 2007. Now he holds the position of Vice President of Field Operations. He has more than 35 years experience in the real estate, relocation and business development industry. Prior to relocating to Central Pennsylvania, Dick’s real estate experience includes, Vice President of Prudential Fox and Roach, Vice President of Commonwealth Title Company and he served as a Director for CIGNA Insurance and UNYSIS. He holds real estate licenses in the states of New Jersey, Maryland and Pennsylvania.

Dick is a graduate of St. Augustine College and maintains CPR and GRI. He is a member of the Greater Harrisburg Board of Realtors and the Employee Relocation Council. He currently resides in Mechanicsburg with his wife Doreen. Dick has three children and 5 grandsons.

Rose A. Walthius Field Operations Jack Gaughen Realtor® ERA®

Rose A. Walthius joined the Leadership team at Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA as the Recruiting Director in May 2006. Walthius coordinated the recruiting program and worked closely with the sales managers to identify and qualify potential sales professionals for Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA. She oversaw the entire matriculation process for new sales associates joining the firm. In December 2008 Walthius transitioned her role to Field Operations where she continues to oversee the matriculation process for new sales associates joining the firm, and works with our sales managers and office staff to ensure smooth implementation of new initiatives, supporting the delivery of truly remarkable service at Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA.

Walthius joins Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA, bringing with her an extensive management, recruiting, and training background. She began her real estate career in October 2005 as an assistant to a top producing Realtor. In addition, Rose is a licensed Realtor, a member of NAR, PAR, and GHAR.

Walthius and her husband Steve, who is also in the real estate profession, are residents of the Hershey-Hummelstown area and have a son who resides in Utah. She is actively involved in her church, and is a member of Parish Council. She assists with as well as orchestrates various fundraisers throughout the year.

Kelly L. Adair Field Finance Manager Jack Gaughen Realtor® ERA®

Kelly Adair has been named the Field Finance Manager for Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA as of December 20, 2008. Kelly began her career with Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA as an accounting clerk in 1983.

After handling the commission and accounting functions under the direction of the CFO for 9 years, Kelly was promoted to Administrative Assistant answering to the Vice President and General Sales Manager. She held that position for 7 years at which time she moved back into the Accounting Department as department supervisor.

Kelly’s 25 years of service with Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA gives her an extensive background of company history. Kelly and her husband, Dan, live in rural Perry County, and have two grown children.

Beth Ann Huntington Relocation Manager Jack Gaughen Realtor® ERA®

Beth Ann Huntington joined the Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA Relocation team in 2003, holding a variety of positions prior to being named Relocation Manager in 2007. She also serves as Company Administrator for LeadRouter, the innovative Rapid Response technology which brings website inquires directly to JGR agent cell phones.

Beth Ann brings twenty years of communications experience in Washington, D.C. to the Relocation Department, including positions in an advertising agency as well as two national non-profit organizations. She holds a BA in Public Communications from The American University and is a native of Baltimore, MD. Beth Ann lives in Camp Hill PA with her husband and two children.

Rachele Parmer Marketing Coordinator Jack Gaughen Realtor® ERA®

Rachele Parmer, Marketing Coordinator, joined the Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA family in May 2007. Parmer works in support of the executive office, company departments, the local branch offices and the sales professionals. As the Marketing Coordinator, she supports all areas of company communications including consumer advertising, agent relations, relationship marketing, events, agent tools/presentations, new home community marketing, Internet marketing and various other programs. In addition, she serves as the liaison between Jack Gaughen and the NRT Eastern Seaboard Service Center.

Parmer is a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations. She resides in the Hershey/Elizabethtown area with her husband.

Cheryl Yerger Regional Trainer Jack Gaughen Realtor® ERA®

Cheryl has been with Jack Gaughen Realtors since she began her real estate career in 2002. After two years of sales, she became the Regional Trainer to Jack Gaughen’s southern offices. In addition to her Salesperson Licensee she also has her Instructor’s License and has taught pre-licensing and continuing education classes for the last year.

When she is not in classes with agents, Cheryl can be found in one of our offices teaching the office administrators and agents the benefits of HomeBase. You also may see her in one of your weekly sales meetings or in your office conducting an Action Workshop.

Cheryl is passionate about her educational role on the JGR team and is excited about the future of the Education Center at Jack Gaughen.
